The TIZIO lamp is an absolute icon of world design, designed by the famous German designer Richard Sapper in 1972 for Artemide. It is considered a masterpiece of engineering and aesthetics, so much so that it is part of the permanent collection of the MoMA in New York. Designed by Richard Sapper, this lamp is the emblem of Italian functional minimalism. Thanks to its ingenious system of articulated arms and counterweights, the Tizio defies gravity by offering total flexibility without the bulk of external cables. Made of painted polycarbonate with aluminum arms, this "all black" version exudes unparalleled technical elegance.
