A rare and refined pair of vintage “Calida” model armchairs, designed by the architect Giudici and produced by the Italian company Coim in the 1970s, a true emblem of mid-century Italian design. These seats express a perfect combination of sculptural aesthetics and ergonomic comfort: soft and enveloping lines, organic shapes and careful details intertwine to create an elegant furnishing object, deeply rooted in the creative spirit of Italian modernism. The fluid silhouette, free of superfluous elements, reflects the design sensitivity of the time and the artisanal precision of Coim, a company known for the quality of its production in the 60s and 70s. Completely in its original state, there is a small mark on the backrest (see photo) which absolutely does not interrupt the graphics of the fabric, the structure is made of wood with foam padding.
